Measurement Instrumentation Service
Our Measurement Instrumentation (MI) service team services and supports our electronic measurement products such as: Micro Motion, Rosemount, Drexelbrook, Phase Dynamics and others. Our MI business is very unique in that we specialize in bundling multiple products to provide customers with measurement solutions to solve specific field challenges such as truck load/unload metering, oil/gas well testing, analyzers and other measurement requirements. Often these measurement solutions are required to optimize profits or to comply with ERCB Directive 017 and others.
Our MI service team is comprised of 11 factory-trained technicians ready to assist with all of your measurement startup and commissioning requirements. This includes commissioning new systems, regular maintenance contracts and day-to-day service requests and repairs. The majority of our service is provided in the field. This enables our technicians to observe the equipment while installed in your facility and to understand any process-related challenges that may be occurring..
Spartan Controls offers embedded services through our Instrument Asset Specialists (IAS) and Systems Asset Specialists (SAS) programs. Our IAS and SAS groups are deployed on long-term contracts to help you with reliability-based programs and indepth outage management services. IAS resources reside in your plant for the express purpose of evaluating and advising on process equipment performance and valve and instrument health. SAS resources provide control systems support for day-to-day configuration and maintenance activities along with longer term lifecycle support activities. Benefits for customers who have used these services include increased availability and reliability, and lower cost of ownership of their plant assets.
Plant turnarounds take specialized knowledge and organization to be successful. If you are in need of assistance in planning and scoping the valve repairs and instrumentation service required for your next shutdown but don’t have the budget or requirement for an embedded resource, we can offer you assistance through our turnaround specialists.
